Return & Refund Policy

At Chai Depot, we want you to love every sip. But if something doesn’t go right, here’s how we handle it:

Returns:

• You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

• Opened or used food and beverage products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (like a damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Wrong Item:
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement immediately.
